Our team at Hungate Business Services would like to thank you for the seamless integration you coded for us between the Volusion e-commerce solution we use and Highrise CRM. We rely on both systems to power our business; joining the two through your custom API has had a dramatic impact on how we go about our day to day activities. Having the ability to funnel information into our Highrise system allows us to not only keep with our clients in real time, but also fuel future marketing efforts.

Before the integration, we would have to manually key in customer details from Volusion into Highrise. The process normally took about an hour a day to accomplish, and even longer as our online business began to grow. Now as web orders come in, details automatically flow into our Highrise system with ease. We especially enjoy the efficiency of being able to click the order link, taking us directly to the details page within Volusion.
